GET /api/health (no auth)

Demo script (testers)
  1. Sign in from the banner when you need ingest or your own tenant — pick a workspace from GET /api/auth/workspaces.
  2. Add files from Tools on the right — same workspace corpus (POST /api/v1/ingest). Then use Chat for Guide → Avatar turns.
  3. Open Chat and ask what the workspace recalls; confirm role and index.context_hits. Use Sources on the right for the same retrieval path as your question.

A large PDF can create many nodes at once; with role_manager.py thresholds (<10 Guide, 10–99 partial → Avatar today, 100+ complete) you may skip Guide immediately. For a predictable Guide-first pass, use a tiny fixture — we do not promise “always Guide first.”
